2. Payments and Invoicing

Clients agree to pay all invoices according to the payment schedule outlined in the proposal or contract. Services may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the stated due date. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. Refund Policy

Since digital marketing and content services involve time and creative effort, all payments made are non-refundable once work has begun. In case of cancellation before project start, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, brand assets, and access credentials necessary to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines.

5. Confidentiality

Majestic Minds respects client privacy and agrees not to disclose, sell, or share any confidential business information or data obtained during the course of a project without written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and marketing materials created by Majestic Minds remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the contract.

7. Results Disclaimer

While Majestic Minds strives for measurable growth and improvement, digital marketing results depend on many external factors such as algorithms, competition, and market trends. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes.

8. Revisions and Approvals

Each service package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed limit may incur extra costs. Final approval from the client signifies acceptance of the work as complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

Majestic Minds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
